Common situations

The three things customers ask about most, with the short answer.

I paid but no email arrived

Keys are sent automatically to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived: check your spam and promotions folders, then search your mailbox for "OfficeGSM". If it is still missing, email us your order number from your orders page and we will resend it immediately.

My key will not activate

First confirm the key matches the edition you are installing — a Windows 11 Pro key will not activate Home, and an Office Professional Plus key will not activate Home & Business. Then follow the activation guide for your product. If Windows reports an activation server error, use phone activation. If the key still fails, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Which version should I buy?

Tell us what you are running and what you need it for, and we will point you to the right licence before you spend anything. Most home users need Windows Home and Office Home & Business; businesses that need domain join, BitLocker, Remote Desktop or Access and Publisher need the Pro and Professional Plus editions.
